Return Policy
At The Medicine Chest we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We acknowledge that occasionally your selection just isn’t what you though it would be and we are happy to take the item back.
Selected items through The Medicine Chest are returnable within 30 days of the date you receive the product and the product is still in its original packaging (if applicable) and unused. In some cases a restocking fee may apply. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be accompanied by a receipt.
Items that are not returnable include custom items, special order items and personal items or items that have been used or are soiled or not in their original unopened packaging. Please contact us for return authorization.
